What is RssBirthday?

If you use a rss reader and want to be notified of birthdays (or similar events), RssBirthday is made for you.
Just fill in those dates and subscribe to your own rss feed. Once the date approaches, you will get a notification in your rss reader.

What is rss?

Rss is a way to get notified for all kinds of stuff on the internet. For instance, when a weblog is updated, rss will notify subscribed readers that a new article can be read. The readers use a rss reader to keep track of their favorite sites. That way they do not have to check for themselves if the site is updated, they get notified.

We hate spam too, so we will not give your email address to others. Nor any other personal information for that matter.

Can others read my events as well?

Since your rss feed is not protected by a password, it is possible. But they would have to know you feed url.
The plus side of this is that you can check your rss feed without entering a password and you can check it from anywhere.
